Clearing and Adjustment
We can guarantee accommodation for students who firmly accept an alternative offer to study at Penryn Campus.
(An alternative offer is an offer on an alternative course or the same course, based at a different campus).
Once you have accepted your course offer please call the Accommodation Office.
Applications will be processed from 21st August. Please do not worry if you do not receive an offer of accommodation immediately.
We still have availability in our halls of residence at Glasney Student Village.
- The accommodation agreement is for a period of 42 weeks commencing on 16th September 2017.
- A single occupancy en-suite room costs £131.39 per week.
- We aim to allocate postgraduates and mature students in flats together.

We advise that you make an application for accommodation as soon as possible once you have firmly accepted your course offer.
We will start processing Clearing applications for accommodation from week beginning 21st August 2017.

Offer of accommodation
Offers of accommodation are sent via email with a link to Room Service. You will need to log in to your room service account to access details of your accommodation offer.
The University will prioritise an offer of accommodation for International students in the first year of their studies providing an application for accommodation is submitted no later than 23.30 GMT, Friday 25th August. We will allocate available accommodation in the date order of receipt of an online accommodation application.
Check the offer carefully.
- You will have 5 days to accept your offer and pay the £300 deposit.
- If you miss the deadline to accept your offer you will lose your room and we may not be able to offer you another.

If we are unable to offer you University accommodation or if you would prefer to live in private accommodation, the Accommodation Office is on hand to guide and support you.
To find private accommodation, you can use the Falmouth and Penryn Student Pad website.
