A greener campus

We follow and promote the principles of one planet living;
  • minimising our use of non-renewable and scarce natural resources,
  • planning, investing and involving our staff, students and communities in sustainable practices, and
  • providing an education in sustainability relevant to a world threatened by climate change.

Wellbeing Centre opens its doors

30 January 2013

Our new Wellbeing Centre is now open at the Penryn Campus.

Located opposite the Porters’ Lodge in Flat K2, Glasney View, this new facility enables us to combine bookable appointments with a GP and Nurse from Penryn Surgery, and our multi-faith chaplaincy in a dedicated space that supports both health and spiritual wellbeing.

Students can book an appointment with a Doctor on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8.30am and 11.30am, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 3pm and 5pm – or with a Nurse on Fridays between 8.30am and 11.30am.

To book an appointment, please contact Penryn Surgery on 01326 372502 and let the receptionist know that you are a student at the Penryn Campus.

Later this term, we plan to open a new Oasis calm room for meditating and prayers as well as dyslexia/diagnostic assessment rooms.
