Fire alarms (routine testing), every Tuesday, Penryn Campus, 8am to 8.30am and Falmouth Campus 10am to 10.30am

Fire alarms (routine testing), every Tuesday: Penryn Campus, 8 to 8.30am and Falmouth Campus 10 to 10.30am

Brief routine testing of the fire alarms takes place every Tuesday, at the Penryn Campus, between 8am and 8.30am, as follows:

  • Daphne du Maurier Building, 8am
  • Peter Lanyon Building, 8.05am
  • Tremough House and School of Film & Television, 8.10am
  • The Academy for Innovation & Research (AIR), The Academy of Music and Theatre Arts (AMATA), The Exchange, The Environment and Sustainability Institute (ESI), The Shop, Aviary, RANE Building, Tremough Barton Cottages, The Science & Engineering Research Support Facility (SERSF) between 8.10am and 8.30am.

The bell will sound for a few seconds so please take no action and do not evacuate the building at this signal. If you cannot hear the alarm in your area please inform Penryn Reception on ext. 1400. Should the bell continue to sound, please assume it is a real alarm and evacuate accordingly. Please obey alarms at all other times.
