Falmouth University Students
You will be issued with a username and password when you join the University as a student. If you are a new student you will recieve your username and password by email from the Admissions department. You will then be required to enrol and complete an IT registration in which you will be required to change your password to something of your own which is memerable to you. Your username will remain the same and cannot be changed. Information on how to enrol and complete the IT registration will be sent to you by Admissions prior to you starting your course.
If you have any problems using your log in details or you are unsure what they are, please contact the IT Service Desk on 01326 213822 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
You will need your campus account credentials to access your student email account, log into the IT Suite computers and Wi-Fi, so it's important to keep the information safe.
You must never give your campus account information to anyone else or let anyone else use a computer using your details.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password you can reset it using our online password changer. You will need your student number and date of birth in order to use this online password changer. Alternatively, you can contact the Service Desk to get your password reset. You will need to provide your date of birth or home postcode for security when contacting the Service Desk to get your password changed.
Please note that you cannot change your username, this will remain the same throughout the duration of your studies. If you forget your username please contact the Service Desk.
