Student Services provide a range of support, information and specialist services, and are here to support you throughout your studies.
We're here for all students whether it's help with finding your way around, advice about welfare, wellbeing and general student life, support as a disabled student, religion and spirituality or just to offer a friendly ear to make University life as stress free as possible.
Services are available at the Penryn, Truro and Falmouth Campuses and are free, confidential, friendly and student-centred.
A good starting point if you don’t know which service you need, is The Compass - student information desk, who can advise and signpost you to the right service.

Come and meet our friendly team in person and find out how we can help, we are based at: Penryn Campus – on Level 0 of The Exchange, Tremough Annexe (appointments only), Falmouth Campus – Lower Courtyard and at the Truro Campus on Mondays and Fridays.

Out of Hours Support
If you require urgent out of hours support, please read the following information:
You or anyone else around you is at immediate risk of harm
You need immediate medical attention
You need medical advice and do not require paramedics
You wish to report a crime

You have an urgent/ immediate concern and need immediate advice from Campus staff
