We are still accepting applications for accommodation.

We have a limited number of bed spaces available in halls. If you are interested in applying to live in halls for remainder of the 2018/19 academic year please contact the Accommodation Office to discuss accommodation options.

Applications for accommodation are made through our online booking system Room Service.

Please refer to the application guide for detailed instructions on how to make an application:

What happens next?

If you are made an offer of accommodation, you will be sent an email with a link to Room Service. You will need to log in to access details of your accommodation offer.

Please review the Offer and Acceptance Guide below, which provides you information on how to accept an offer on Room Service.

Check your offer carefully

Please note the following important information about your offer:

  • You will have 3 days in which to accept your offer and pay the £300 deposit.
  • If you miss the deadline to accept your offer you will lose your room and we may not be able to offer you another.

Please note: The offer stage on Room Service will not apply if you are accommodated at The Sidings or Maritime Studios. We will allocate your room and then pass your details to CRM Students (the company that own The Sidings and Maritime Studios). You will then be required to continue your booking using their online system. CRM Students will make you an offer of accommodation and you will be asked the pay a deposit at this stage: £400 for The Sidings or £250 for Maritime Studios. Please note you do not need to complete an offer on Room Service as well.

Contractual information 2018/19

The accommodation period will be for a set period, ending on 22nd June.

Please ensure that you review the accommodation agreement, regulations and handbook carefully (also see Current Students page). Once you accept the offer of accommodation this forms a legally binding contract.

Contracts, Rules and Regulations and Halls Handbooks for The Sidings and Maritime Studios are issued directly by CRM Students who are responsible for the day to day management of the site, contracts and payments.
