The Accommodation Office
The Accommodation team are happy to discuss your accommodation needs throughout your studies, from providing information on available accommodation, both on campus and in the private sector, to advising on any problems or disputes that may arise.
They are on hand to deal with all of your enquiries, no matter how small. They’re open Mondays – Fridays, 9.00am – 5.00pm for you to drop by. Alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or give them a call on 01326 253639.

The Halls Team
The Team are be available to speak to you no matter how big or small a problem may be or which residence you live in.

At Tuke House there is a site office that is open Monday - Friday. The Site manager is your first point of contact if you have any issues in your accommodation.
For The View and Armyn House there is a Buildings Manager who you can report maintenance issues to directly.
Out of hours
Students who experience an emergency outside of normal working hours can contact the Night Services team at Glasney Lodge - 01326 253503. The team conducts regular out of hours patrols of each residence and will respond to complaints of noise, behavior or welfare issues.
Do you know when the heating will be on in your residence? What do you do if you lose your room key? How do you collect post?
