Montezuma House

Montezuma House is a converted harbourside development located in central Falmouth, providing student accommodation with views out over the water of the harbour.

Montezuma House is available to returning students only.

The property will be managed by Lewis Haughton Wills, letting agent Falmouth.

Montezuma House comprises of six purpose built flats housing 23 students and is finished to an excellent standard. Each flat contains three to six fully furnished bedrooms with double beds and shared bathroom.

Each flat offers a modern open plan kitchen/living area with panoramic sea views. The property is located in a central position within walking distance of Falmouth Campus, local beaches, shops and offers excellent transport links to Penryn Campus.

What’s included in the rent?

The heating, lighting energy bills and internet are included. Personal effects insurance is also provided in the cost of rent.
