Sterling House

Sterling House is a converted Grade II listed chapel that has been renovated to a high standard. It is conveniently located between both the Penryn and Falmouth Campuses. The site is a thirty minute walk to the Penryn Campus as well as being just minutes away from shops, bars and the picturesque estuary of Penryn. The bus stop is just a minutes walk away and services run regularly to the Falmouth town and to both the Penryn and Falmouth Campuses.

The residence comprises of four purpose-built flats housing 12 students. Each flat contains 3 fully furnished bedrooms, equipped shared kitchen/lounge areas and bathroom/toilet facilities.

At Sterling House we have two room types available: 

Single room - (single occupancy room with single bed)

Standard room - (single occupancy room with double bed)

What’s included in the rent?

The heating, lighting energy bills and internet are included. Personal effects insurance is also provided in the cost of rent.                                                  

The insurance cover is a basic policy and you may wish to extend this cover to ensure all your belongings are covered e.g. laptop, musical instruments, photographic equipment etc.  For further information regarding insurance cover please visit our website and see;
