Tuke House

Tuke House is based right at the heart of the vibrant, historic town of Falmouth, within easy walking distance of the Falmouth Campus, shops, beaches and bars. It is a purpose built cluster of 11 three storey buildings set around a central courtyard. The accommodation comprises of 156 rooms divided into flats of five en-suite bedrooms with a single bed and shared kitchen area.

Tuke House offers an ideal location for those who wish to be close to the amenities that Falmouth town has to offer. The site is situated close to bus stops with regular buses to the Penryn Campus and Truro; Falmouth town train station is also a short walk away.

The residence is managed in conjunction with, and owned by Sanctuary Management Services who work closely with the Accommodation and Living Support teams at Penryn Campus to ensure a good quality provision of accommodation and full support to all residents.Their on-site management team are responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and health and safety compliance.

What’s included in the rent?

The heating, lighting and energy bills and internet are included. Personal effects insurance is also provided in the cost of the rent.
