If you are a resident in our on campus accommodation and need to self-isolate here is some useful information for you. All students in Glasney Student Village and Packsaddle Hill please refer to the information on this page. All other halls have their own on-site teams offering support so please contact them individually for further information on their procedures and how they can support you.
Students at Tuke House and Treliske Halls should contact Sanctuary Students, The Quarry and The Sidings should contact CRM Students and Ocean View and Maritime Studios should contact Hello Student.
If you are in Catered Halls, food provisions will be provided to you for Monday – Friday and delivered to your flat front door. These provisions - a breakfast and evening meal - are made fresh and delivered daily between 5pm and 6.30pm.
If you need to order food from the shop for the weekend, please make sure you do so before 4pm on the Friday to ensure our team has time to prepare it. To order food from the shop for weekends, please click here.
Food will be dropped off outside your flat door – staff will knock on your door at delivery times but will not enter the flat – please check outside your flat doors.

Self Catered Halls
During isolation you can order a hot evening meal or breakfast, Monday - Friday through the online portal. Please click here https://store.fxplus.ac.uk/product-catalogue/lower-stannary-refectory. All orders must be in before 4pm for an evening meal and 7am for breakfast.
As above, the shop has an online ordering facility for all students in isolation, so if you need to order food from the shop please make sure you do so before 4pm to ensure our team has time to prepare it.
Retail orders will be delivered between 4pm and 5pm daily.
For a limited time only to support students we are also offering a pizza ordering and delivery service from KOOFI Café (Monday to Friday 11am – 6pm and Saturday and Sunday 12.30 – 5.30pm). To order a Pizza please contact 01326 254262 and we will send you a link to make payment.

Please remember to add any allergens or dietary requirements to your online order.
In the event of a fire alarm you must still evacuate the building as normal. However, we would ask that when you evacuate you remain distanced from other block members and make yourselves known to the responding staff member. Please ensure you are wearing a face covering.
First Aid/Medical Assistance
We will of course continue to provide this for all residents, if you need first aid support please call Glasney Lodge on 01326 253503 and explain to the receptionist that you are in an isolating flat and require assistance. Staff will attend with full appropriate PPE.
As per Public Health England guidelines you must not leave your flat during the period of isolation. This means that the shared laundry facilities will not be available to you as we would be unable to provide this in a Covid-19 safe way. If you require detergents to enable you to hand wash any clothes, please let us know at Glasney Lodge and we will arrange for some to be dropped to you.
Should you require a change of bed linen during the isolation period, please contact email@example.com who will supply an emergency bedding pack to be returned at the end of your isolation period.
Only essential works will be carried out in your flat during your isolation period. Please continue to log any issues via firstname.lastname@example.org and, as usual, we will filter them and attend the priority/essential jobs only and pick up the rest when your isolation ends.
If you require prescriptions during your isolation, please contact your pharmacy and inform them you are self-isolating. They may be able to arrange delivery to Glasney Lodge and we will drop it to your flat.
Rubbish and Recycling
Specific collections have been arranged for your flat at 11am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please place any items for disposal into BLACK BAGS (we will not be able to recycle any of your items during the isolation period so put everything in black sacks) and place them outside your flat door shortly before 11am on the days listed. Please could you double bag the sacks, ensure they are not overloaded or too heavy and are tied at the top.
These will be collected by our caretaking team and disposed of according to guidelines. If you need more bin bags please email email@example.com and we’ll drop them to you (outside flat doors).
Post and packages will be dropped inside your flat door on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
