Registration and How to Apply

Before submitting an application for accommodation you need to register an account on Room Service, our online accommodation system. Once you’ve registered, make a note of your username and password – you’ll need them each time you log in to Room Service.

If you would like to be considered for a place you must have confirmed your place to study at the University of Exeter (Cornwall) and have your seven digit student ID number. You must make an application via Room Service.

We will make an offer of accommodation, subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as possible after receiving your application. You will receive an email notifying you when an offer of accommodation has been made.

Please see our video below for a step-by-step visual guide on how to make an application. If you have any questions please contact us by e-mail or by phone on + 44 1326 253639.
