Information for Landlords

Private Sector - Information for Landlords

Throughout the year the Acommodation Team work closely with local landlords and lettings agents to assist both students and landlords to find and rent out their accommodation in the private sector.

As a landlord we are able to offer advice and assistance to you on providing accommodation for students and you can list your property FREE OF CHARGE on our on-line database, Cornwall Student Pad.

Registering to advertise your property is simple. To register, click on the thumbnail below, choose the agent/landlord tab and follow the online instructions. You can find a landlord user manual and a selection of step-by-step videos however if you need any further assitance please contact our Private Sector Liaison Officer, Richard Wilkins, by phone on 01326 253741 or e-mail at; richard.wilkins@fxplus.ac.uk

Accommodation Fairs

In addition to our database we also organise a number of Accommodation Fairs to introduce new students to accommodation available in the private sector.

We invite landlords and agents to attend as well as students so they are an ideal opportunity to promote your property and arrange viewings.

The next round of Accommodation Fairs will be taking place in 2019. Dates and further information will be released nearer the time.
