Estates & Facilities Helpdesk
Our aim is to present a world class customer service, which will deal with Estate and Facilities Service enquiries effectively and efficiently.
Our helpdesk provides a central point for staff and students to make general enquiries, report faults or request maintenance or facilities services. It is monitored between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If you have a residences issue outside of these hours, it would be best to speak to the concierges in the Glasney Lodge.
