Visitor Guidance during Covid-19

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our campuses safely. All buildings have been risk assessed with measures put in place to ensure a Covid-secure environment.

If you're visiting, there are a few changes you'll need to be aware of to make sure we're all playing our part in protecting each other.

If you are a visitor:

We ask that all visitors are booked in in advance and accompanied by an appropriate member of staff who will be responsible for ensuring suitable arrangements are in place.

All visitors must report to Heart Reception (Penryn Campus) or Rose Hill Reception (Falmouth Campus) to sign in. We are required by Government to retain your contact details for 21 days after your visit in order to support the NHS Track and Trace process, after which they will be destroyed.

Please do not visit our campuses if you, or anyone you have been in close contact with, is feeling unwell or has developed any symptoms of coronavirus or been advised to self-isolate.

When visiting campus, please remember to:

  • Wash your hands regularly and utilise the hand sanitisation made available at all building entrances and exits.
  • Keep your distance and adhere to two metre social distancing guidelines wherever possible.
  • Wear a face covering - face coverings must be worn in all indoor areas. These are available to buy from the Shop at Penryn Campus and the Art Shop at Falmouth Campus.
  • Follow the signs - we have limited the capacity of our indoor areas and applied one-way systems to avoid contacts and congestion, so please pay attention to signage that helps to maintain physical distancing and reduced contacts.

If you are a Contractor:

All contractors undertaking work must sign in through the ‘Verature’ contractor management system. This will ensure you have received the contractor site induction and all the relevant information and documentation is in place in order to carry out the work safely.

Contractors attending but not undertaking works should report to the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk, at Penryn Campus, or Rose Hill reception, at Falmouth Campus, where you will be asked to sign in and meet the relevant staff member.

Deliveries should report to Security at the Welcome Building, or Glasney Lodge out of hours.

When visiting our campuses, please remember to:
