Wellbeing support for staff and students

22 October 2013

Our Multifaith Chaplaincy team offers a confidential, listening ear for staff as well as students who need to de-stress or share a problem over a cup of tea.

You can come and find us any time in the Wellbeing Centre (K2, Glasney Parc, opposite Glasney Lodge), whenever you need someone to talk to.

The Wellbeing Centre also contains The Oasis – a quiet space for reflection, meditation, contemplation, prayer or simply somewhere to escape the busy-ness of the day and enjoy some peace.

If you would like to take a look, why not attend one of our staff breakfasts? These will take place between 8am and 9.30am on the last Friday of each month from 25 October 2013.

We also offer free, weekly Wellbeing Wednesday breakfasts and afternoon teas to help students settle into university life, the first of which will take place on Wednesday 23 October 2013.
