IT service update:
Following Monday’s data centre outage the following services are likely to be unavailable for at least 48 hours: 
Roaming profiles:Logging on to a computer will take longer than usual while roaming profiles are unavailable. If you are logging on to a specific computer for the first time you will be presented with a temporary profile, without any of your desktop icons, browser favourite, Outlook profile etc. You will not be able to save any changes to your profile when you log out. You will be presented with your existing profile at login once this service has been restored.
My Documents:You will not be able to see or access your ‘My Documents’ folder until this service is restored.
This applies to all Falmouth University staff and students, all FX Plus staff and any University of Exeter staff and students who log in via their associate accounts. University of Exeter staff and students who log in via their Exeter accounts (which start with ISAD/username) will be unaffected.This affects Falmouth, Penryn and Truro campuses.
Apologies for this continued disruption. Our IT teams have been and continue to be working hard to restore everything as soon as possible.
