Campus Christmas lunches 2018

Campus Christmas lunches are available from Thursday, 29 November at Fox Café, Falmouth and from Wednesday, 5 December at The Stannary, Penryn.

These lunches are available to all employees, students and other campus users.

Menus, prices and dates are as follows:

Fox Café:

29 and 30 November, 13 and 14 December.


Tender basted turkey breast or honey roast gammon, with pigs in blankets and a wedge of herby stuffing. Topped with a giant, homemade Yorkshire pudding.

Vegan option:

Chickpea, sweet potato and lentil loaf roast dinner.

Both come with:

Roast potatoes.

Braised cinnamon red cabbage.

Mashed buttery swede.

Glazed rustic roast carrot and parsnips.

Crossed fresh prepared sprouts.

Rich gravy.

Cranberry sauce.

All vegetables and gravy are gluten free and vegan.


With optional pudding:

Sticky spiced chocolate brownie and clotted cream

The Stannary:

Lunchtimes: 5, 6, 12, 13 and 19 December.

Catered halls Xmas dinners: evenings of the 5 and 6 December.


Butter roasted and brined crown of turkey, house-made orange, cranberry and herb stuffing, pigs in blankets and gravy.

Vegan option:

Sweet potato, butternut and chestnut roast.

Both come with:

Crispy, light and fluffy roasted potatoes.

Spiced red cabbage.

Citrus braised carrot.

Local sprouts with almond butter.

All vegetables and gravy are gluten free and vegan.


With optional pudding:

Traditional Christmas pudding with hand-made creamy brandy sauce.
