Stannary Kitchen Signature Menu

The Stannary Restaurant serves wholesome, freshly cooked dishes with a choice of Meat or Vegan specials. We operate rotating weekly menus every four weeks - see below. Every Wednesday, we offer a traditional roast dinner for £5.50, including a delicious vegan option.

Week 1 (Week commencing: 7/9, 5/10, 2/11, 30/11

MONDAY

Middle Eastern Spiced Roasted Chicken or Middle Eastern Spiced Roasted Chickpea Cakes. Served on traditional stone baked Khobez Flatbread, Garlic Houmous, Sweet Cous Cous, Pickled Red Cabbage, Crispy Herb Salad, Yoghurt & Mint Dressing £4.90            

TUESDAY

Chargrilled Pork Loin Chop, Parsley Mash, Cornish Scrumpy & Mushroom Sauce, Honey Roast Parsnips & Carrots or Chargrilled Herby Butternut Squash, Parsley Mash, Maple & Grain Mustard Sauce, Steamed Broccoli & Carrots £4.90 

WEDNESDAY

Carnitas - Corn Taco Stuffed with Cornish Pork Shoulder Slow Roasted In IPA and Spices, & finished with Caramelised BBQ Sauce, served with Longhorn Green Salad, Texas Caviar & Buttermilk Dressing. Hunters Chicken - Chicken Breast wrapped in Bacon with BBQ Sauce, Melted Cheddar Or “Hunters Mountain Mushroom”. Portobello Mushroom Grilled with Garlic Oil & Tofu, Topped with BBQ Sauce. Both Served with Olive Oil Mashed Potato, Local Calabrese & Carrots £4.90

Ramen - Marinated Chicken or Tofu Fragrant Lemongrass Broth, Sliced Mushrooms, Peppers & Carrot. Noodles. Fresh Chilli & Coriander £4.90

Enchiladas - Corn Tortilla Stuffed and Baked in either Chilli Cornish Beef or 5 Bean Chilli Vegan Style Cheese, Chargrilled Vegetables & Spiced Gravy. £4.90

Parmigiana - Chargrilled Chicken, baked in a Rich Tomato & Herb Sauce, Topped with fresh Basil, Parmesan Breadcrumbs & Mozzarella served with Basil Spaghetti & Peas or Chargrilled Quorn Fillet baked in a Rich Tomato & Herb Sauce, Topped with Fresh Basil, Breadcrumbs & Vegan Mozzarella, served with Peppered Spaghetti & Peas

TUESDAY

Lasagne - Cornish Beef or Soya (constructed with vegan ingredients). Cooked in a Rich Tomato Sauce, Layered with Pasta and Cheese Sauce. Served with Salad & Garlic Bread. £4.90
