The Compass

The Compass is a student information service, that offers help and advice on any aspect of university life whether you have a quick query or require specialist support.

The Compass is the first port of call for Student Services enquiries and provides an interface with, and referral to, a range of academic and support services. Our friendly and well-trained staff will be on hand to respond quickly and professionally as a reassuring port of call for all of your student needs and queries.

How to contact us

Log your enquiry anytime and anywhere and view our Frequently Asked Questions through The Compass online portal. You can also visit us in person. From June - August 2019 The Compass service will be located in G3 on the ground floor of Tremough Annexe at Penryn Campus or at the Lower Courtyard, Falmouth Campus (term-time only).

Opening Hours

Support in The Compass is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday during term-time and from 10am - 4pm out of term-time.

The Exchange is open 24/7 during term time.

Organising an event in The Exchange

If you would like to book a space, order hospitality or organise an event in The Exchange, including in the Social Street, the booking protocol will provide you with details of who to contact. Bookings can be made through our web booking form and are managed by the Campus and Commercial Events team.
