Compass service updates

Please see the below information regarding the latest service updates for The Compass team. We will update this information in accordance with the latest university and Covid-19 guidelines. 



When is the Compass re-opening?

We will re-open the Compass desk at Penryn and Falmouth Campus when the latest Government guidance allows us. There will be protective screens and social distancing markers in place, but we will be able to offer face to face support.



Can I book a Time to Talk?

You can book an online time to talk session with one of the team. This will be a Teams meeting or phone call. Please visit: for further information.

Can I pick up a hardship form (Falmouth students)?

All student funding forms are now online, please visit: and complete your forms there. All evidence also needs to be uploaded to the site.

Can I pick up the Doctor’s registration form?

This year there is online registration with Penryn Surgery. is external) There are two form to complete, but the website guides you through the process.

How do I collect my Exeter unicard?

When the Compass desk re-opens you can collect your card from the help desk at Penryn in the library. Your card will be placed in the hand over area at the desk to maintain social distancing. Please contact if you require a card urgently.

Can I speak to someone if I don’t want to come onto Campus?

We are still fully operational online, and you can phone, email or live chat with a member of the Student Services team if you are not on campus.
